We want you to be completely satisfied with your Faithfull the Brand purchase. If your selected pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or refund on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Faithfull the Brand swing tags and hygiene seals still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
